You will be a critical contributor to the high‑quality execution of Professional Development’s (PD) core people processes, supporting colleague development across offices, practices, and paths. You will play a critical role in ensuring high‑quality, consistent, and scalable PD processes across North America. You will work closely with PD and other firm functions colleagues. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Demonstrated ability to own work end‑to‑end and deliver high‑quality outputs with attention to detail Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Solid problem‑solving skills, grounded in data, structure, and practical judgment Proficiency in creating work‑product‑driven outputs with ability to leverage AI (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Gemini, Lilli) Independently own defined PD Ops processes and workstreams, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and follow‑through Support review and evaluation processes, including preparation, execution, and close‑out of semi‑annual and interim review cycles, in close collaboration with PD leadership Manage and maintain PD data and trackers, ensuring data integrity across systems used for decision‑making and reporting Produce clear, well‑structured work products (e.g., Excel trackers, PowerPoint materials, written summaries) that enable efficient decision‑making Identify issues, risks, or inconsistencies, flagging them early and proposing practical solutions Willingness and ability to maintain regular in‑office presence to support collaboration and apprenticeship FOR U.S. APPLICANTS: McKinsey & Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
