At The Clear Republic, we’re reimagining the clear bag category with patent‑pending handbags designed for women who want both privacy and style at stadiums, concerts, and events. You’ll work directly with the founders and help shape how the brand shows up across every channel we’re on. About the Role Great social media comes down to three things: knowing what’s working, turning it into a plan, and making content good enough to stop the scroll. We’re looking for a creative, fashion‑minded Social Media Marketing Intern who can do all three—research the brands and trends worth paying attention to, shape that into a strategy for our channels, and then pick up the camera and execute. This is a hands‑on, in‑person role in a true startup environment: fast‑paced, collaborative, and small enough that your ideas actually ship. What You’ll Do Study how other brands, especially in fashion and lifestyle, are showing up across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and LinkedIn, and pull the ideas worth borrowing. Build moodboards and visual references that set the direction for our content. Track trends across platforms and bring fresh content concepts to the table regularly. Review our analytics to see what’s landing and what isn’t. Turn that research into platform‑specific content strategies. Plan content days, including what we shoot—some days with a professional photographer, others where it’s just the team creating in‑house. Build and manage the content calendar across all platforms. Create & Execute Shoot and edit photo and video that looks polished and on‑brand, from concept through capture. Draft captions, hashtags, and social‑first copy for review. Schedule and publish content across all channels. Help with community management in line with brand guidelines, and partner with our Influencer and Community teams to surface great content to feature. Campaigns Help strategize and run our crowdfunding campaign. Support marketing across email and other digital channels. Who You Are "Pinterest trained" —you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, moodboarding, and visual references, and you know how to translate inspiration into original content. A genuine creator —you shoot and edit regularly and have a real point of view on visual storytelling. This role lives or dies on the quality of the content you make, so strong photo and video skills are a must. Deeply fluent in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, both as a user and as a creator. Comfortable with analytics—you can read performance data and turn it into actionable ideas. A strong writer with an ear for brand voice and social‑first copy. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects and content calendars at once. Demonstrated experience creating content for social media (personal, academic, or professional). Proficiency with photo and video capture and editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or similar). Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics). Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in marketing, communications, fashion, design, or a related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Clear Republic
