Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Content Manager to work directly with the CEO in building and scaling a high-impact personal brand and company presence across social media platforms. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on capturing real-time organic content while producing high-quality scripted content that drives engagement and audience growth. You will play a key role in shaping the content strategy, executing ideas, and ensuring consistent brand excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand growth goals Generate creative concepts based on trends, audience insights, and platform performance Write compelling scripts and content outlines for short-form and long-form video Capture high-quality video content in-office, on-site, and during travel when required Edit professional-level video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Manage and maintain content calendars and posting schedules Publish content and support day-to-day social media management Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and quality across all content Collaborate closely with the CEO to translate ideas into engaging, high-performing content Proven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required) Hands‑on experience managing and publishing content across social media platforms Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies Ability to independently develop creative concepts and scripts Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Please note: Applicants must meet all of the above requirements to be considered.
