Job Details Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. Provide unit-level patient care coordination and management. Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care delivery. Maintain competency of clinical staff through oversight and guidance. Manage appropriate resources related to patient care. Support facility operations to maintain quality standards. Work in operating room environment providing perioperative nursing care. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
