Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled  Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Hudson, Florida.

The RN will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team, the RN will provide individualized and compassionate care while advocating for patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Minimum 6 months of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience will be considered.

• Registered Nurse Diploma or equivalent nursing education.

• BLS (Basic Life Support): Obtain within 30 days of start date.

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support): Obtain within 30 days of start date.

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course): Obtain within 6 months.

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI): Obtain within 6 months.

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course): Obtain within 1 year.

• Must be available for full-time night shifts with rotating weekends .

• Must meet all applicable state and facility nursing requirements.
