Are you an experienced insurance sales professional who enjoys coaching others, setting goals, and getting results ?

The Dan Mensch GEICO Local Office is looking for a Sales Manager to help lead and grow our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who wants to take on greater leadership responsibility while continuing to be involved in sales.

You'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop sales professionals, improve team performance, and contribute directly to agency growth —while also earning through your own production.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance sales professionals.
• Set expectations and help the team consistently reach sales goals.
• Monitor sales activity, performance, and results.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback.
• Lead by example through your own sales production.
• Work directly with customers to quote, recommend coverage, and close business.
• Help create a positive culture built around teamwork, accountability, and success.
• Track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent.
• Ensure the team follows agency processes and customer service standards.

What We're Looking For
Required:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Previous insurance sales experience with a strong record of success
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Preferred:

• Life & Health Insurance License
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or sales management experience
