Operations Program Manager

Join Our Client in Camarillo, CA as a Operations Program Manager! Accelerate your career with an aerospace industry leader. We seek a proactive leader with a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of manufacturing operations or supply chain experience to drive program delivery and customer excellence.

responsibilities:

Serve as the primary operational focal point across cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering) to achieve program delivery, cost, and schedule goals.
Coordinate delivery schedules, communicate risk assessments, and align operational readiness with customer forecast changes and critical production needs.
Analyze key metrics including on-time delivery, backlog health, inventory levels, and material shortages to develop targeted action plans for continuous improvement.
Lead initiatives to streamline manufacturing flow, enhance production planning accuracy, and eliminate operational roadblocks using Lean methodologies.
Coordinate the seamless implementation of Engineering and Manufacturing Change Orders (ECOs/MCOs) to minimize disruption to active production.
