Assistant to Senior Leadership - Partners For Kids (PFK)

Overview Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Full-Time, Salary-Exempt, 1.0 FTE. Benefits Eligible. The Assistant to Senior Leadership – Partners For Kids (PFK) is an executive assistant supporting the PFK President and Chief Medical Director. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive use. Collect, analyze, and summarize information for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure project commitments, deadlines, and action items are tracked and completed. Plan, schedule, and attend leadership and administrative meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them; follow up on action items. Coordinate the executive’s strategic involvement in board meetings, key projects, special initiatives, and annual/quarterly functions. Assist in project management and departmental project implementation. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a similar role. Minimum of 10 years of administrative and/or office management experience. Experience supporting an executive‑level position and working in a healthcare environment is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills. Must complete the Ambassador Program within the first 12 months of employment. Physical Requirements Occasionally: climb stairs/ladder; lift or carry 0‑20 lbs; push/pull 0‑25 lbs. Frequently: bend, twist, reach above shoulder, repetitive hand/arm use, stand, walk. Continuously: audible speech; computer skills; decision making; problem solving; hand use – grasping, gripping, turning; hearing and vision requirements.
