Job location: Detroit, MI 48226 - Hybrid Job Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Primavera P6 Scheduler We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines. Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines. Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders. Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones. Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis. Develop/ Maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends. Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and work with project teams to develop recovery strategies. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain schedule alignment. Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects. Strong hands‑on experience with Primavera P6. Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules Experience in utilities and/or EPC projects strongly preferred. Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
