Seeking eDiscovery Project Coordinators to work on-site in support of a government project in Washington, DC. Be one of the first to dedicate your skills and talent to a newly formed division of the Department of Justice, National Fraud Enforcement Division. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, applying in-depth knowledge and experience to provide expert consultation and advice on technology and best practices Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements and goals to develop and implement project plans, including data collection, processing, document review, document production and trial Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for electronic discovery issues between the legal team and the contractor(s) to ensure proper communication between the parties Assist legal teams navigating the technology side of their cases as technical consultants and managers Support the management of 8-10 very large cases a week, managing each case from beginning to end in accordance with the EDRM Advise the attorneys on industry best practices as eDiscovery subject matter experts Advise legal teams on technology options to respond to specific discovery needs including but not limited to recommendations for products to perform early case assessment, document search, and document reviews in the most efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner Collect requirements from the attorneys, help to transform those instructions into work order tickets in a tracking system, see to it the work is correctly done (staging, culling, processing and loading) Help and train attorneys with searching and reviewing their data (Rel Server, RelOne or similar document review platform) Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied across the life of the case Coordinate efforts of others in response to discovery requests and provide regular reports and metrics as to the status of each phase of the project Run productions, work with exhibits, assist in analytics and AI use cases Be the technical representative for the assigned matter Handle or provide all other technological solutions for the case team Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s (or equivalent) and 4+ years experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills Detailed planning and organizational skills and thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); especially data collection, review, analytics and production Solid, broad knowledge of Information Technology infrastructures including networks and other sources of data Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies Advanced experience planning eDiscovery efforts, managing client expectations, and working with clients to minimize their risk exposure Proficiency in a wide range of technologies and knowledge of eDiscovery industry "best practices" including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response Expertise in litigation technology tool usage (Relativity Server, RelOne, Nuix, Axiom, etc.) Ability to establish compliance with all directives for secured handling of data Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling with extremely tight deadlines US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance Desired Qualifications Graduate degrees strongly preferred along with eDiscovery related technical certifications Experience with project management concepts Legal knowledge regarding the accessing and handling of seized evidence Knowledge of large IT and Cloud systems Knowledge of forensics Experience with advanced analytics, technology assisted review, and continuous active learning #J-18808-Ljbffr Aptonet
