Altelix designs and manufactures weatherproof electrical enclosures and accessories. We are currently looking for experienced eCommerce Webstore Coordinator to join our team in Boca Raton.

Job Duties:

• Post and edit new and existing products in BigCommerce.
• implement price changes and promotions in the web store.
• Assist with website design, layout updates, and visual improvements.
• Maintain and update website content including text, images.
• Coordinator with other departments to ensure new products are posted timely.
• Help organize website content, and product pages

Applicants must possess the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

Qualifications:

• Experience working with a major eCommerce platforms (BigCommerce preferred)
• Familiarity with other platforms such as Shopify, GoDaddy, Volusion, or similar is beneficial.
• Experience setting up products, categories, and attributes (such as filters and variations).
• Oversee and regularly assist in updating product listings, images, and inventory to ensure accurate representation and availability on the website
• Experience with daily online store operations and maintenance.
• Ability to manage and assist with setting up third-party applications (such as chat tools, shipping apps, and other integrations).

Technical Skills

• Experience with third-party integrations, payment gateways, and inventory management tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic HTML coding

Experience:

• Web Design Experience: 2 years (Required)
• 2 years or more experience in eCommerce operations

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday

Wage: $25 - $30 per hour
