This position serves as a key leader within the organization, helping ensure team accountability, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who can balance coaching, performance management, operational oversight, and employee support while helping drive the success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support office staff to maintain a high-performing and accountable workplace culture. Establish clear priorities, expectations, and performance standards for team members. Monitor operational workflows, lead tracking systems, and service management dashboards to ensure goals and deadlines are met. Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and constructive feedback to employees. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and day-to-day HR-related matters. Partner with external HR consultants and company leadership on compliance, employee relations, and workplace initiatives. Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes. Reinforce company policies, procedures, and workplace standards consistently and fairly. Identify operational or personnel challenges and work proactively to resolve them. Qualifications Required Experience leading, supervising, or managing employees in a fast-paced work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coach employees and hold team members accountable to expectations. Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational skills. Comfort learning and using business software, reporting tools, and performance dashboards. Ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Knowledge of human resources practices, including onboarding, policy administration, and employee relations. Experience working with operational metrics, workflow management, or performance reporting tools. Experience in the insurance industry or a related professional services environment.
