POSITION PURPOSE:

The Marketing Specialist is a hands‑on role supporting day‑to‑day marketing efforts in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This position plays a key role in executing events, coordinating across internal teams, and ensuring projects stay organized and on track from start to finish. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn. A strong interest in marketing, storytelling, and event execution—along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑paced environment—is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, curate, and manage a diverse range of content, including short articles, social media updates, video scripts, and more. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines. Help coordinate with creative vendors (photographers, designers, videographers) by managing schedules, gathering assets, and organizing feedback. Support the creative request process, ensuring materials are collected, reviewed, and delivered on time. Maintain organized files and asset libraries for easy team access. Support event planning and execution, including logistics, timelines, and day‑of coordination. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure deliverables are on track. Maintain organized calendars, event materials, and track basic performance metrics. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy. Focus on engaging investors and other key stakeholders through compelling and informative content. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and social media. Research new content formats and marketing tactics to enhance overall strategy effectiveness. Actively promote the company's brand, values, and initiatives across all social channels. Monitor online conversations and respond promptly to any issues, ensuring positive brand perception.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools. Highly organized, creative, and data‑driven, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Possess excellent communication skills and can create engaging written or visual content for different audiences. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Have great organizational skills and can handle multiple projects and deadlines. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
