Community Access Staff

Location: Lexington, KY

Schedule: 20-25 hours per week

Starting Pay: $25/hour

Contract Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate  Community Access Staff member to provide community-based support to a client in Lexington, KY.

Position Details

• Provide 20-25 hours per week of community access services
  
• Support the client with meaningful activities and engagement in the community
  
• Encourage independence, participation, and positive community experiences
  
• Must be reliable, responsible, and professional
  
• Contract pay — this is an independent contract position
  
• Help create positive and engaging community experiences
  

Compensation

• Starting rate: $25/hour
  
• After successfully completing the required  Community Access Training and receiving a passing score, the rate will increase to $30/hour

Requirements Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  

• Screening: Must pass background checks and drug screening.
  

• Credentials: Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance.
  

• Skills: Excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a heart for service.
