Senior Financial Analyst

A Kforce client located in the Maryland area is seeking a motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join a collaborative and growing finance team. This Hybrid role offers exposure to financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury operations, performance reporting, and strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to process improvements and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial and operational reports to support leadership decision-making
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning activities
- Support treasury management processes and cash flow reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
- Monitor compliance with debt covenants and assist with related reporting
- Conduct financial analysis, including profitability, break-even, NPV, and IRR analyses
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, processes, and operational efficiency
- Support ad hoc financial projects and business initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of FP&A, or related experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as Intacct, Workday, Workiva, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency; strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
