Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Location: Telecommute (Designated Office: Palm Springs, FL) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday ( M-Th: 8AM-5:30PM/Fri: 8AM-12PM ) Pay: up to $18.62 per hour commensurate with experience Are you passionate about helping others? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, delivering exceptional customer care, and communicating with diverse populations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for callers seeking support and resources. Your responsibilities will include: Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries Providing general information on available community resources Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases Managing email communication and updating records Assisting providers with questions or requests What We’re Looking For Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish – Required (read, write, speak). High school diploma (Associate Degree preferred) Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate) High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer‑first approach Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues Why You’ll Love Working Here Opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children and families.
