Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare ACH, wire, and check payments Support financial statement preparation and reporting Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules Assist with audits and compliance requirements Support payroll accounting and reconciliations Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Qualifications 1‑3 years of accounting experience Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills AP/AR experience Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits Stable organization with strong leadership Broad accounting exposure Collaborative team environment Opportunity to work directly with accounting leadership Excellent growth potential If you're ready for your next accounting opportunity, let's connect!
