This is a hybrid position with 2 days in office.Essential DutiesGeneral Administrative Duties:A/P data entryA/P vendor maintenance1099 processingCheck and ACH processingLarge check runs and assist with mailingsAssist with other special projects as neededAssist with requests for various financial auditsClient Assist Transactions:Review backup from Mill Levy staffEnter check requests into Accounts PayablePrint and mail checks when approvedMaintain communications with internal staffGeneral Data Entry:Cross train and perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to analyze information and use sound judgment when making recommendationsPositive demeanorAbility to effectively communicate both orally and in writingDemonstrates the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skills are a mustAbility to maintain strict confidentialityQualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent1-2 years Accounts Payable experienceModerate Excel skills preferred, Outlook and Word proficiencyStrong organization skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication skillsPreferred Qualifications2-5 years Accounts Payable experienceNon-Profit experiencePrevious experience with Sage Intacct or other accounting softwareAssociate degree or business coursework in accountingEssential FunctionsAttends staff, team and department meetingsDevelops and maintains records, plans and reportsLift and/or carry 20 lbsSit, stand and walk for reasonable periods of timeRocky Mountain Human Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to racial, ethnic and cultural diversity and the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
