Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Remote Sales Professional at AAA Accelerator. The Remote Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and delivering consultative sales conversations to potential participants interested in building AI agencies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline in CRM tools, following up with inbound and outbound prospects, and guiding prospective clients through strategy consultation calls to determine fit for the program.

The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and coaching teams to align messaging, refine offers, and improve conversion rates, while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and enrollment targets.

The Remote Sales Professional will also contribute insights from the market to help optimize sales scripts, funnels, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, including consultative selling, objection handling, and closing high-ticket or SAAS sales

• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust with diverse prospects.

• Candidates should possess pipeline and CRM management skills, including lead tracking, data entry accuracy, and follow-up organization.

• Candidates should possess business and analytical skills, including understanding of online business models, comfort with sales metrics, and the ability to interpret performance data.

• Candidates should possess digital fluency, including proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack), calendar systems, and productivity platforms.

• Prior experience in B2B or high-ticket online program sales, coaching, or SaaS is highly beneficial.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.

• A strong interest in AI, automation, and entrepreneurship, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve sales skills.
