Two years of work-related experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma if the experience is directly related to the role, though a diploma is preferred for handling sensitive information and interacting with patients in a healthcare setting.Experience: 1 year minimum of prior administrative or medical office experience highly preferred, including hospital registration and insurance experience. Clerical and switchboard experience preferred. Familiarity with handling front-office responsibilities and documentation is preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Handle with Care (HWC) required and to be obtained during orientation.Demonstrable customer service and communication skills
