• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and marketing needs
• Create and present customized advertising proposals across radio, digital, streaming, social, and promotional platforms
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (programming, promotions, digital, and production) to execute successful campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activity in CRM systems
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
• Provide ongoing campaign performance updates and recommendations to clients
• Represent the station at community and networking events to enhance brand visibility We are asking you to... • Be a high-achieving sales leader with a track record of developing revenue
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
