Sales Assistant We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure a smooth and engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate will assist with sales operations, maintain product displays, and provide excellent service to clients. Location: Texas Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Store Manager Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs. Provide product information, pricing, and availability details. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain clean and organized sales areas and product displays. Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and tagging. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction. Assist in promotional activities and events as needed. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus. 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail or B2B sales. Multilingual abilities (depending on location/customer base). Knowledge of the company's products or industry.
