Job Description

The Warehouse General Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations in Stafford, TX. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this position manages a medium-sized team and ensures smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse functions while driving quality and performance standards. This role offers a day shift schedule with a competitive salary range of $80-85K and emphasizes growth opportunities within warehouse operations and leadership across multiple facilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory control and accuracy
  • Supervise and mentor warehouse staff
  • Coordinate logistics and order fulfillment processes
  • Manage budget and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement
  • Lead team training initiatives
  • Monitor warehouse operations and quality assurance
  • Prepare and present performance reports

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management
  • Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
