Senior Accountant

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role will play a key part in the month-end close process, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and operational accounting support across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to become a subject matter expert in our accounting and operational systems.



Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the month-end close process, including:
o Journal entry preparation and review
o Profit & Loss review
o Balance sheet review
o Trend analysis
o Account reconciliations
• Assist with multi-entity consolidations and financial reporting
• Compare actual financial results to budget/plan and explain variances
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations
• Become a subject matter expert in Service Titan and Sage Intacct
• Support 10+ locations with accounting and operational needs
• Assist in improving accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate financial data



Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3-7+ years of accounting experience preferred
• CPA preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
