Partner with the best

As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will plan and coordinate between rig site, shop, and field personnel for Wireline Services. Plan and deploy resources as needed to meet the needs of the customer in order to provide flawless execution.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing support to the Service Delivery Team by managing equipment orders, transfers, and transactions as well as other action items upon request.
• Attending weekly meetings with manufacturing to ensure order alignment.
• Creating and managing equipment related orders in SAP.
• Reviewing open order reports and take action on delayed items.
• Working with technical support functions in gathering technical information upon request.
• Maintaining good communication with external suppliers/vendors.
• Working together with Assembly Maintenance and Overall (AMO), Procurement, and Material Management team members on planning and scheduling for upcoming projects.
• Monitoring equipment deliveries and receiving process fulfillment.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Have High School Diploma/GED
• Have 1+ years of inventory management or service delivery coordination experience
• Have Organized and Self-Motivated
• Have Good Communication skills
• Have Ability to work under pressure
• Have Good computer skills: SAP and Excel
• Have Project managing/coordinating experience (preferred)
