M&A Attorney (Contractor) Position Overview We are seeking seasoned M&A attorneys for a part-time, remote contracting role at the forefront of legal AI innovation. We are particularly interested in candidates with deep experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts within the technology sector. In this role, you will review and assess contract redlining workflows used to train and evaluate state-of-the-art AI models. Your expert contributions will directly improve how these systems identify risk, interpret contract language, and deliver tools with enhanced precision and legal judgment.
