Prepare,review,andsubmitweeklycertifiedpayrollreportsinaccordancewithcontractrequirements. ManagecertifiedpayrollsubmissionsthroughplatformssuchasLCPtracker,EBO,Empact,Compass,andNYSDOLPortal. Reviewpayrolldatatoensureemployeesarepaidaccordingtocorrectprevailingwageclassificationsandwagedeterminations Monitorfederal,state,andlocalprevailingwagerequirements,includingcontract-specificlaborcompliancerules Trackandresolvecertifiedpayrollrejections,errors,andcompliancediscrepancieswithinreportingsystems CoordinatewithPayrollandprojectteamstoensurepayrolldataandprojectdetailsmeetcertifiedreportingrequirements. Maintainorganizedrecordsofcertifiedpayrollsubmissionsforgovernmentaudits,laborcomplianceaudits,andregulatoryreviews Monitorprojectcompliancedeadlinestoensuretimelyreportingandsubmissions Maintainrequiredsupportingdocumentationincludingfringebenefitcalculations,apprenticeratios,andworkerclassifications Desired Qualifications 3+yearsofexperienceincertifiedpayrollreportingorlaborcomplianceadministration ExperiencesubmittingcertifiedpayrollreportsthroughsystemssuchasLCPtracker,EBO,Empact,Compass,orNYSDOLPortal Strongunderstandingofprevailingwagelawsandpublicworksreportingrequirements Experiencereviewingpayrolldataforlaborclassificationsandprevailingwagecompliance Strongattentiontodetailwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandreportingdeadlines ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandcompliancereportingsystems Experienceworkingintheconstructionorinfrastructureindustry CertifiedPayrollProfessional(CPP)certificationorsimilarpayroll/laborcompliancecertification Experiencesupportinggovernment-fundedorpublicworkscontracts Why Haugland?
