Director of Rehabilitation

As a respected and trusted leader in senior care, Odd Fellows Home of Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts. With a rich history dating back to 1846, we are committed to providing dignified and personalized care to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our Rehabilitation Department and ensuring the highest quality care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and Manage the Rehabilitation Department : Oversee the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department, including developing and implementing clinical programs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and Implement Clinical Programs : Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs that promote patient independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
• Foster Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including nursing, therapy, and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and Evaluate Clinical Outcomes : Analyze and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.
• Recruit and Retain Staff : Develop and maintain a high-performing staff, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback to support professional growth and job satisfaction.
• Promote Patient-Centered Care : Ensure that all aspects of patient care prioritize the patient's comfort, dignity, and well-being, aligning with the values of Odd Fellows Home of Massachusetts.
