BOS BakerThe baker is responsible for production for the restaurant (including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and any other prep product needed). This is an overnight position that requires someone who can work independently and meet the needs of the position. The baker is also responsible for maintaining all areas of production including ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the bakery cases. All food safety standards including following date standards and marking all product, must be maintained.We are seeking someone with the following qualities:ResponsibleExtremely punctual.
