If this sounds like a job you’d love, Responsibilities: Responsibilities Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims Qualifications Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Compensation Compensation: $40,000 - $94,000 yearly $40,000-$94,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Ridgeway
