Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter and Digital Test Lead to lead the QA and testing efforts for PolicyCenter and Digital applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire products, hands-on experience in test automation, and the ability to lead distributed teams in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead test planning, strategy, and execution for Guidewire PolicyCenter and Digital applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Manage and mentor QA team members across different geographies.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks and suites using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
• Drive defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in a Test Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Digital Portal.
• Proficient in QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Tosca, or similar).
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
• Experience with test management tools like Jira, ALM, or qTest.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage remote QA teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Guidewire certifications in PolicyCenter or Digital Portal.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Prior experience in P&C insurance domain testing.
