Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP)

QMap/Medication staff are responsible for ensuring residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. Medication staff follow resident care plans and physician's orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. They incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus. CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire. Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
