Application Administrator

Overview Otter Products is hiring for an Application Administrator to join our IT team in Fort Collins, CO. This role will work a hybrid schedule.The Application Administrator uses relevant work experience to supports and enables the business through day-to- day administration and user support of Service Now. This individual partners extensively with our internal customers across the business, within IT, as well as with third party hosting partners and external consultants, while monitoring system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. The Application Administrator coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users and recommends new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback. We measure our success not just by business results, but by our ability to give back to our communities and strengthen opportunities for all.To learn more, visit Responsibilities Ensures the reliable performance of the specific system assignedTroubleshoots and resolves any related hardware, software, user access or other problemsKey participant in any issue or outage analysis and resolution, in conjunction with support team, third party hosting provider, and consultantsMonitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliabilityWhere applicable, monitors and manages application costs including licenses, consulting, and hosting costsCoordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and usersRecommends new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedbackParticipates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement system specific changesWorks with the other Application Administrators to learn complex tasksWhile a highly self-directed Otter will thrive, they will be occasionally directed in several aspects of the work by the other, more experienced AdministratorsPlanned and unplanned evening and weekend work is requiredSupport and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environmentOther duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field of study required. Experience in lieu of degree may be consideredMinimum of three years of related experience required.Experience working with Service Now preferred. For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Minimum USD $83,000.00/Yr. For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum USD $105,000.00/Yr.
