The incumbent leverages a deep understanding of business needs and market dynamics to develop talent engagement strategies that drive brand awareness and enhanced visibility.In This Role You WillSupport the Bank's "People First" focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB "A Better Place to Be."Establish recruiting strategy to meet staffing needs by determining job requirements for open positions by working with hiring managers.Leverage technology, tools and innovative methodologies to identify, assess, sell and present candidates for open requisitions.Develop robust sourcing strategies that feed critical talent pipelines flowing into the CNOB talent community.
