What You'll Do

• Lead a crew installing HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems.
• Install square and spiral duct, rooftop fans, exhaust fans, and related equipment.
• Read blueprints and coordinate work with other trades.
• Ensure quality workmanship, productivity, and job site safety.
• Train and support sheet metal mechanics and apprentices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/sheet metal experience.
• Experience with square and spiral duct installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 and SST 10 certifications required.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working at heights.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00/hr.
