Your Duties Include Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes Promoting safety, dignity, and independence Engaging residents through conversation and activities Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment Communicating effectively with families and care team members Creating enriching experiences in Memory Care for residents with memory loss Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills .
