Read more about our verticals within Consumer Investment Banking here.Our associate position offers a unique opportunity for professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.Attracting high-achieving professionals is a key element of our success. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
