Grants and Agreements Administrator

Join our Grant Administration Team! We’re looking for an organized, collaborative, and detail‑oriented person to help support the behind‑the‑scenes systems that make our work possible. This position plays a central role in administering grants, contracts, agreements, subawards, and procurement across a diverse portfolio of land and water stewardship, wildfire resilience, workforce development, and community development programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex administrative puzzles, tracking details, and helping mission‑driven projects move from idea to implementation. You’ll work as part of our Grant Administration Team, connecting to program staff, accounting, leadership, contractors, and community partners to help ensure projects are coordinated smoothly and in compliance with organizational and funding requirements. You do not need to come from a traditional nonprofit or grants background to succeed in this role. We welcome applicants with experience in operations, project coordination, contracting, logistics, compliance, administration, government, accounting, or other fields that involve managing complex processes and relationships.
