What a Night on Our Team Looks Like

Step onto the floor at our Clackamas, OR facility—just off I-205 and an easy commute from Sandy, Estacada, Clackamas, and Milwaukie—and join a crew that keeps production humming through the night. As a CNC and Fabrication Production Technician, you’ll operate fabrication machinery, run CNC lathes, and work with automated drill presses to turn raw materials into precision parts. We’ll train you on our equipment and standards so you can succeed from day one.

Your Schedule & Pay

• Graveyard shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am (plus shift premium)
• 40-hour work week
• Starting pay: $22.37/hour for the first 90 days; then $23.02/hour

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor fabrication machines to meet production and quality targets
• Set up and run CNC lathes with attention to accuracy and repeatability
• Use automated drill presses safely and efficiently
• Measure, inspect, and document part quality
