Principal Objectives of the Tech
Principal Objective of Position : The Tech 3 maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The Tech 3 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.

Work Hours & Benefits:
- Hours : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Benefits : We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off (PTO) based on longevity, and holidays off.
- Compensation : $17.50 per hour. This position is expected to last 4-6 months to complete a few projects.
