Job Description We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our collaborative HCM team. In this vital role, you will engage with CHROs and HR professionals, showcasing our innovative HCM cloud solutions to help them achieve exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities Take charge of your territory by identifying key accounts and prospects. Become an expert on the Oracle value proposition and effectively communicate our unified offerings to clients. Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty towards Oracle. Navigate and lead complex sales cycles, utilizing internal resources to bolster your efforts. Identify and qualify leads, creating valuable opportunities for sales. Build connections with key decision-makers and executives. Design and implement sales initiatives that promote Oracle HCM and enhance our pipeline. Consistently meet sales targets to drive the company's growth. Willingness to travel as necessary; the ideal location for this role is Texas. Exemplify leadership, teamwork, and proactive engagement in all aspects of your role. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $185,100 annually. This role may be eligible for equity and commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
