Director of Engagement & Donor Partnerships

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is seeking a Deputy Director of Engagement to provide strategic leadership for their Florida campus. This role will focus on enhancing guest experience, building regional partnerships, and advancing fundraising initiatives to align with the mission of defeating hunger through sustainable agriculture.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in advancement roles and demonstrate exceptional leadership communication skills. This is a full-time, exempt position based in North Fort Myers, FL with a Monday to Friday work schedule.
