Location: Pawling, NY Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Schedule: Day Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a growing rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary staff to help residents improve their independence, mobility, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Educate residents on adaptive equipment and techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation teams to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
• Active New York State COTA License required
• Skilled Nursing Facility or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply
