Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements. Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and financial regulations. Maintain confidentiality of financial information. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Proven experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
