What You Will Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions using Python, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation of AI-driven systems.
• Develop and present product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of the platform.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and user experience.
• Create technical documentation and resources to assist clients in utilizing the platform effectively.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical support role, preferably in the AI or software development industry.
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in building and deploying applications.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and AWS for data management and cloud solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and convey technical concepts.

Preferred

• Experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies related to software solutions.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Compensation and Benefits
