Our expanding firm is seeking a Payroll Assistant/Bookkeeper to support weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and multiple payroll cycles while managing full-cycle bookkeeping. Reporting to a Firm Partner, this role provides internal support only.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and multiple payroll cycles.
- Enter and maintain accurate payroll data.
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping activities.
- Provide internal payroll and bookkeeping support to the firm.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of payroll administration and bookkeeping.
- Experience with QuickBooks and payroll software.
- Experience performing bank reconciliations.
