Opportunity:

RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every 3rd weekend rotation required
• Every other holiday rotation required
• No float requirements
• May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• 11-bed Labor and Delivery unit and 8-bed Postpartum unit with approximately 1,350 deliveries annually
• Average monthly delivery rate of 112 deliveries per month
• Minimum 2 years of OB experience with Labor and Delivery experience required
• Must be Labor and Delivery competent
• Primary EMR is EPIC; experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Advanced NRP
• Wisconsin RN license required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Scrub color: any color

This facility is a full-service hospital offering a comprehensive Labor and Delivery unit dedicated to providing high-quality maternal and newborn care. The unit supports a high volume of annual deliveries and is equipped with both Labor and Delivery and Postpartum beds to ensure continuity of care for patients. The facility utilizes EPIC as its primary electronic medical records system and maintains rigorous standards for clinical competency and patient safety.
