This is a great starter job for anyone who is interested in a career in digital marketing. This is a paid internship . No experience necessary. We will train. This is a part time job with the possibility of turning into a full time position. Great for students or anyone who is interested in part time work with semi-flexible hours (you can choose your own hours between 8am – 6pm). Archmore Business Web is looking for a part time person to help us with social media and directory posting. The job would be in our office at least part of the time. This is a great way to get your foot in the door ! You will receive basic training and be working with our Project Manager on different social media projects such as general postings as well as paid ads. Please note that this is not a role for someone who has zero knowledge of our industry. You should at least know something about websites, graphic design and social media and have an interest in learning more. We are also not going to hold your hand, so as an intern, you still need to be willing to learn and level up your skills on your own, but we will provide you with the resources. Archmore provides web and marketing services to our clients in Ohio. We have been providing services since 2009 and have about 100 clients. Pay would be commensurate with experience and credentials. We serve many different business verticals from Day Cares to Industrial control products. Please review our website at Some of the things we will look for in you as a candidate Experience using most social media platforms (in particular Facebook and Instagram) Some experience with social media paid ads is nice, but not required – we will train (Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite) General knowledge of how websites work (preference will go towards anyone who actually knows how to build a website) Ability to communicate with our clients and project manager (generally by email and phone) Able to work with Microsoft and Google tools, AI tools like ChatGPT , Midjourney , Wordpress and other web applications. (You don’t have to be an expert, but the higher your skill level the more likely you will get the job and you probably won’t get picked for this internship if you have absolutely zero idea.) Basic HTML and CSS skills are GREAT to have, but not mandatory (we may have you create a web page in Wordpress as a landing page for social media ads; so having an idea of what this means is important). Good writing skills suitable for social media engagement. Basic Adobe Photoshop skills are a MUST (only general editing and resizing of images are required) Creative mind (sometimes a human touch can improve or enhance AI generated content) This is an entry level role, so having experience is great, but not necessary. We will train you and you will also be provided with a guideline of what our clients want. You will be working with our Project Manager to come up with the best social media strategy. You will be a perfect fit for this role if you have an interest in working with social media as well as learning all of the ins and outs of various social media platforms. This also means learning about all of the technical aspects of each social media platform, as well as posting strategies for each platform. In order to grow your career, you have to also be creative, have technical knowledge as well as customer service skills. The ability to write good ad copy is a must, but we have tools to help you. You will also have to have to be able to engage with an audience in a professional manner and know how to deal with any issues that may come up.
