About The Position We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Pre-30 Collections Specialists . This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping customers find solutions. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibilities and grow within their previous roles. What We’re Looking: High-energy, motivated, and positive attitude Experience in customer-facing roles (in-person and/or phone-based) Demonstrated career growth, promotions, or increased responsibilities in prior positions Backgrounds that translate well into this role include: Warehouse environments (with strong customer service mindset) Retail Restaurant (fast food or fast-casual) Call center/customer service Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as FDCPA regulations. Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers, offering solutions and alternative payment options. Work with customers to develop strategies that help them retain their vehicle while meeting loan obligations. Accurately and professionally document all account activity and communications. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment required. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations. Professional, tactful, and empathetic approach when interacting with customers. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexible schedule availability, including overtime as needed.
