Collections Specialist

*Job Title:* Collections Representative
*Location:* Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid after training)
*Schedule:* Full-time, set schedule (10 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Thurs; 8 AM - 5 PM Fri)
*About the Role:*
We're seeking a driven Collections Representative with strong phone-based collections experience to join a fast-paced team. This role focuses on resolving accounts, negotiating payments, and delivering excellent customer service.
*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments
* Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on accounts
* Manage daily account queues efficiently
* Perform skip tracing and support repossession activities when needed
*What We're Looking For:*

* *Required:* Phone-based collections experience (auto, credit card, or mortgage)
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
* Ability to navigate multiple systems with ease
* Customer-focused mindset
*Preferred:*

* Impound or auto finance experience
* Experience in accounts receivable or collections
*Education:*

* High School Diploma or GED required
